Getting Started
1. Configure your services
Go to the Services tab and add the services you offer. Set a name and duration, then describe everything else in the Service Details field — pricing, variations, special instructions, and anything the AI needs to know.
2. Set your business hours
In Settings, configure your weekly availability. Svenn will only offer appointment times during your open hours.
3. Add business info
Use the Business Info field in Settings to tell the AI about your business — policies, special instructions, service areas, or anything you want it to know when talking to customers.
4. Share your number
Once subscribed, you'll receive a dedicated phone number. Share it with customers — they can text it to ask questions, check availability, and book appointments.
Settings Explained
Display Name
Your business name as shown to customers in AI responses.
Business Info
Free-form text the AI uses as context. Include service details, policies, pricing notes, or anything relevant to customer conversations.
Buffer (minutes)
Time added between appointments. A 15-minute buffer means Svenn won't book back-to-back — it leaves a gap so you have travel or prep time.
Timezone
Used for scheduling. Make sure this matches your local timezone so appointment times are accurate.
